Villa Kariba - Our three storey quattro villa.

Villa Kariba is set on the beautiful Aegean Coast of Turkey.

Our beautiful quattro villa offers comfortable accomodation set over three floors.

Ground Floor has a sun terrace, large fully fitted kitchen area, lounge area with three piece suite, dining table and chairs, Sat TV, DVD player, DVD's, T.V games console, portable CD stereo and a downstairs cloakroom.

First Floor sees a family bathroom with bath and shower, a twin room, double room with small ensuite shower room.

Top Floor Penthouse with double room, good sized ensuite shower room, and the penthouse has its own large sun terrace.

The villa can sleep families up to 9 - maximum of 6 adults per booking.

It is on the Aegean Pine Village Complex which offers 24 hour security, two large pools - each with its own kiddies pool, tennis court, basketball court, small childrens play area and is situated approx two minutes walk from Pine Beach.

We think our complex is really special - not only does it have great facilities and is close to Pine Beach but it offers the best of both worlds - relaxing Yesilkent or vibrant Altinkum only approx 5 minutes car or taxi drive away.

The local Dolmus bus runs every five to ten minutes in peak season and costs roughly 50p per person - it takes approx 5 minutes to Second Beach bar and restaurant area - known as Little Britain - or stay on for a few more minutes to reach the vibrant town centre near Dolphin Square at Main Beach. The Dolmus boy will tell you where to hop off if you ask him!

Altinkum has golden beaches, numerous shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, markets, internet cafes, supermarkets, petrol stations, banks, cash machines, chemists, tour companies and historical sites - enough to keep you busy during your stay!

For lively cafes and music bars try the Dolphin Square area of Altinkum near main beach or if that doesnt appeal try the little back street bars and restaurants where your sure to recieve a friendly welcome.

Our prices start at £150 per week NOT per person - thats only £16.67 per person per week based on full occupancy!

Aegean Flights - Try this site for cheap flights to Bodrum.

There are two airports you can fly into - Bodrum is approx 75 mins transfer and Izmir is approx 105 mins transfer.

Transfers can be organised from as little as £7.50 per person - we can provide a list of companies should you need them.

Should you wish to take an out of season break British Airways flies into Izmir all year round.
