First Floor sees a family bathroom with bath and shower, a twin room, double room with small ensuite shower room.

Top Floor Penthouse with double room, good sized ensuite shower room, and its own large sun terrace.

The villa can sleep families of up to 6 people - offering great value!

It is within the Aegean Pine Village Complex which offers 24 hour security, two large pools - each with its own kiddies pool- tennis court, basketball court, small children's play area and is situated approx two minutes walk from Pine Beach.

This Turkish villa is part of a fantastic complex in the Yesilkent peninsula. The complex has great facilities and is just 200 yards from the local sandy beach. You have the freedom to choose tranquil Yesilkent or head into nearby Altinkum which is a bustling Turkish resort with lots of shops and a brilliant Turkish market!

The local Dolmus bus runs every five to ten minutes in peak season and costs roughly 60p per person. A three minute ride will take you to Second Beach where there are bars and restaurants area or stay on for a few more minutes to reach Altinkum town centre itself.

Altinkum has everything you need from shopping to entertainment and nightlife - enough to keep you busy during your stay!

Villa prices start at £150 per week - that's incredible value for a party of 6...only £25 per person per week based on full occupancy.
